A venue’s catering and service team is incredibly busy managing everything that goes into the event on their end: scheduling site inspections with prospective clients, fielding space requests, menu planning with their booked clients, coordinating with chefs and banquet teams, scheduling and managing tastings, creating Banquet Event Orders, assisting with event setups…the list goes on and on!

That’s where we come in.

Just Marry! specializes in partnering with event venues, something we have done for more than 30 years. We become a seamless member of the venue’s team, providing you with unparalleled service and dedication throughout your planning. While our venue partners focus on their tasks, we’re there to guide you through all the other elements of your wedding planning, all while remaining in constant communication with our venue partners.

From helping you build your vendor dream team and addressing all of your pressing planning questions, to coordinating your event on the big day, we’ll make sure you never have to worry that something important will go overlooked.

FAQs

The site fee to host a wedding at Hard Rock Live is $4,200. This fee includes:

  • Exclusive reservation of your ceremony site for up to 15 guests.
  • Seating for your guests (style varies based on space booked).
  • A guaranteed indoor rain backup (if needed).
  • A red carpet aisle runner (if requested).
  • A champagne toast for up to 15 guests.
  • A wedding cake for up to 15 guests.
  • An officiant to perform the ceremony in your preferred ceremony style.
  • The services of a professional Just Marry! wedding planner to partner with you on your planning, book your package services, liaise with your vendors, and coordinate the ceremony on the big day.
  • All applicable taxes and fees.

Ceremonies must conclude by 4:00 p.m.

 You can book just the site fee if you prefer to hire all your own wedding vendors, or partner with your experienced Just Marry! wedding planner to create the perfect wedding package. Typically, we can book your wedding or vow renewal 12 months in advance, depending on your preferred date and the size of your group.

Yes! We recommend at least one week for ceremonies and a two-month minimum for receptions, but we can absolutely handle last-minute requests (subject to space and staff availability.) Holidays and weekends are usually more difficult to accommodate without sufficient notice.

When you book an inclusive package with us, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to your ceremony. We prefer wire transfers or personal checks as payment, but also accept major credit cards.

Hard Rock Live includes an indoor rain backup space in case of inclement weather (usually the Elvis Library or Lennon Room depending upon availability and group size). Due to Orlando’s sometimes unpredictable weather, we recommend including décor in your wedding package that will ensure your wedding look is perfect whether inside or out!

No, you may have just your ceremony at the venue without being required to book any kind of reception, as long as it is hosted before 4:00 p.m. After 4:00 p.m., additional fees will apply. Ask your Just Marry! planner for details!

The inclusive packages at Hard Rock Live are designed for up to 15 guests. Ask your Just Marry! planner for additional options if you’d like to invite more guests.

Hospitality suites are not included in the ceremony site fee. Couples are encouraged to get ready off-site for a stress-free wedding day experience.

We sure do! Our Sweetheart Package is very popular for elopements, but we can customize an elopement package to include anything you envision!

If you’re hosting a wedding, yes. But don’t worry—your Just Marry! planning partner will guide you through this process! If you’re hosting a vow renewal, you don’t need a marriage license.
